摘要: Pieces of fetal midbrain raphe containing serotonergic and dopaminergic neurons were transplanted into the leptomeningeal tissue (see Fig. 3) adult host rats that had previously been denervated by treatment with 5,6-dihydroxytryptamine. One, 2 5 months after transplantation, rate neuronal survival in grafted extent axonal outgrowth brain studied use serotonin tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) immunohistochemistry. The grafts 1-month group was approximately 70%. Neurons either or catecholamine demonstrated means immunocytochemical procedures grafts. Two serotonin-immunoreactive nerve fibers densely distributed throughout graft tissue, while TH-immunoreactive fiber elements restricted to an area near somata TH-positive neurons. Numerous derived from transplant found surrounding graft, on wall neighboring blood vessels, also adjacent parenchyma brain. Outgrowing not observed brain, although such occurred larger vessels. These results suggest catecholaminergic (dopaminergic) located transplants nuclei show different patterns when reinnervating tissue.
