摘要: Abstract : Self-reconfigurable modular robots are metamorphic systems that can autonomously change their logical or physical configurations (such as shapes, sizes, formations), well locomotion and manipulation, based on the mission environment in hand. Because of modularity, versatility, self-healing ability low cost reproducibility, such provide a flexible approach for achieving complex tasks unstructured dynamic environments. This paper gives an overview existing self-reconfigurable robot called SuperBot, describes its control method diverse behaviors, connectors, some experimental results adaptive multifunctional Army applications.
