摘要: Activation of the mouse embryonic genome at 2-cell stage is characterized by synthesis several alpha-amanitin-sensitive polypeptides, some which belong to multigenic hsp 70 family. In present work we show that a member this family, HSP 70.1 gene, highly transcribed onset zygotic activation. Transcription gene began as early 1-cell stage. Expression continued through but was repressed before completion second round DNA replication. During period observed level transcription modulated in vitro culture conditions. The coincidence repression HSP70.1 with replication not found for other transcription-dependent polypeptides synthesized
