摘要: Abstract Pure cultures of certain charophytes were obtained by germinating oospores that had been washed with hypochlorite solution. Amino acids or their mixtures such as casein hydrolysate, “polypeptone”, yeast extract, glutamate, and aspartate, found to promote the growth protonemata. These amino-acid mixtures, above all also increase mature thalli. Thiamine pyridoxal protonemal growth; vitamin B12 nicotinamide Gibberellic acid (GA) kinetin accelerate development adult plants; indole-3-acetic (IAA) appreciably suppresses growth.
