摘要: Abstract D'Aquila, P. S., J. Newton and Willner. Diurnal variation in the effect of chronic mild stress on sucrose intake preference. Physiol Behav 62(2) 421–426, 1997.—Diurnal (depression worse morning) is one diagnostic criteria for melancholic subtype major depression. This study examined diurnal effects (CMS), an animal model depression, by testing Wistar rats at different phases light-dark cycle. CMS decreased preference animals tested start dark phase (the most active period this nocturnal species), but not during light phase. also body weight both groups; however, were secondary to changes. On contrary, loss led underestimates magnitude intake. The results support validity procedure as a melancholia. discussion addresses criticisms position that have been raised two recent publications.
