摘要: We describe a patient with paraneoplastic autoimmune multiorgan syndrome (PAMS) secondary to lymphoblastic T- cell lymphoma who presented lichenoid dermatitis and vitiligo, later developing bronchiolitis obliterans hepatitis. Notably, he had no detectable autoantibodies. The development of vitiligo hepatic involvement probably indicate role for cytotoxic lymphocytes in the pathogenesis this syndrome.
