摘要: The behaviour of a vesicle suspension in simple shear flow between plates (Couette flow) was investigated experimentally parabolic flight and sounding rocket experiments by Digital Holographic Microscopy. lift force which pushes deformable vesicles away from walls quantitatively is found to be rather well described theoretical model Olla (J Phys II (France) 7:1533, 1997). At longer shearing times, reach steady distrib- ution about the center plane chamber, through balance induced diffusion due hydrodynamic interactions vesicles. This distribution inves- tigated BIOMICS experiment MASER 11 rocket. results allow an estimation self-diffusion coefficients suspensions reveal possible segregation phenomena polydisperse suspensions.
