摘要: The pathologic role of autoantibodies in many autoimmune diseases is widely accepted. An enzyme immunoassay was used for measurement antibodies against disease-specific antigens and etiologic agents cross-reactive associated with them. This antibody assay applied to a panel the detection different neuroautoimmune that included multiple sclerosis, motor peripheral neuropathies, multifocal neuropathy, amyotrophic lateral pediatric neuropsychiatric disorder streptococcal infection. We studied women pregnancies complicated by neural tube defect, neuroborreliosis, autism patients possible somatic hypermutation. Antibodies were also measured primary biliary cirrhosis chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. And, finally, several tumor or peptides which are expressed prostatic, breast colon tissues. 290 disorders, cancer, levels these tissue-specific them significantly elevated versus controls. hope this novel 96 antigen-specific ELISA will be additional studies prove its clinical efficacy, not only early diagnosis neuroautoimmune, liver lung but prognosis implementation preventive steps complex diseases.
