摘要: The unambiguous identification of oligodendrocytes in tissue sections, especially myelinated tracts, is often difficult. Most the antibodies used to identify label myelin sheath as well. Originally described an inhibitor axonal outgrowth, Nogo-A known be strongly expressed mature vivo. In present investigation we analyzed expression patterns adult mouse and human CNS well demyelinating animal models multiple sclerosis lesions. was compared with that other frequently oligodendroglial markers such CC1, CNP, situ hybridization for proteolipid protein mRNA. reliably labeled lesions thus represents a valuable tool tissue.
