摘要: In order to be effective in the treatment of disease, especially neoplastic radiation necessarily needs given large doses. When treating tumors with high radiosensitivity tissue relatively low radiosensitivity, few complications therapy occur. Frequently, however, differential sensitivity between neoplasm and normal tissues exposed is small incidence injury becomes significant. Nowhere this more apparent than neoplasms during which alimentary canal heavily radiated. The following discussion will describe pathologic changes that occur various units tract components those months or years after therapy. usual rapid regeneration rapid-renewal cell system noted. serious delayed manifestations fibrovascular resulting ulcerations, stenoses, fistula formation, obstructing adhesions emphasized. Brief discussions several other organ systems injured by presented.
