摘要: Objective: The tumor type and the pathological features of were identified in murine xenografts model gastric cancer. Methods: histopathologic was observed by HE stainings; expression CD43, CD45RB, CD57, CK mouse CD43 CD57 spleen analyzed immunohistochemical method to diagnose types sources. Results: histological characteristics subcutaneous not consistent with human cancer observation. markers positive analysis, indicating that cells constituted T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes NK cells. But spleen, all negative. Conclusion: tumors NOD-SCID mice lymphoma derived from lymphoid tissue transplantation.
