摘要: Conductive complex salts of methyl-TCNQ, melting without decomposition, have been synthesized for the first time. Composites TCNQ and methyl-TCNQ with low points (below 353 K) high stability obtained. It has shown that half-decomposition time salt melt varies exponentially temperature. The transition to liquid phase, which is possibly a crystal not accompanied by any great jump in electrical resistance, activation energy conduction remains same.
