摘要: The study demonstrates high efficacy and expediency of the TCNQ derivatives-based point-contact multi-structure as a prospective asset for development new sensors. Investigation sensors’ behavior in case different duration exposition to exhaled air showed that lasting longer than 30 s, response curve sensors was principally from analogous dependences traditional nanostructured chemical ones. Due complex non-homogenous structure, obtained curves are much more informative similar analog devices. introduced phenomenological model signal sensor under enables application statistical analysis its components. This may be used with diagnostic purposes. proposed advanced approach successfully applied diagnostics important correlations between curve’s parameters state human organism were discovered. High sensitivity multi-structure, enabling composite gas mixtures, opens up wide possibilities apply demonstrated environment health protection.
