摘要: Of all modern nanosensors using the principle of measuring variations in electric conductance, point-contact sensors stand out having a number original sensor properties not manifested by their analogues. The nontrivial nature is based on unique Yanson point contacts used as sensing elements. quantum enable solution some problems that could be solved conventional conductance. In present paper, we demonstrate this showing potential to selectively detect components gas mixture real time. To high efficiency proposed approach, analyze human breath, which most complex currently known natural mixtures with extremely low concentrations its components. Point-contact allow us obtain spectroscopic profile mixture. This contains information about complete set energy interactions occurring contact/breath system when breath constituents adsorb and desorb from surface conduction channel. With can unambiguously characterize analyzed system, since knowing parameters key successfully identifying modeling physicochemical various objects. Using it possible get functional dependence concentration particular amplitude output signal. feasibility profiles several patients compare them serotonin cortisol body each patient. obtained results methodology allows one an effective calibration function for non-invasive analysis level test. study indicates necessary prerequisites design fast detection methods differential time, implemented areas science technology, among medicine important.
