摘要: Two types of polyelectrolyte multilayers were formed on both sides a quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) substrate by novel alternate drop coating process. In this study, poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) and poly(sodium 4-styrene sulfonate) (PSS) used as strong-strong polyelectrolytes. On the other hand, PDDA poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) strong-weak The process can separately fabricate each multilayer substrate. provides dual biointerfaces, which comprise different multilayers, employing combination polymers. formation was evaluated in terms changes frequency QCM model protein adsorption for proteins such bovine serum albumin, their characteristics investigated with those conventional performing dip coating. There no significant difference between surface properties resulting from two conditions. This result strongly supported fact that fabricated similar quality to biointerfaces provide alternative biofunctions individual loading. summary, substrates is good candidate preparation biomedical field.
