摘要: A method to control activation of a DNA nanodevice by supplying complementary (cDNA) strand from an electro-responsive nanoplatform is reported. To develop functional nanoplatform, hexalayer nanofilm precisely designed layer-by-layer assembly technique based on electrostatic interaction with four kinds materials: Hydrolyzed poly(β-amino ester) can help cDNA release the film. used as key building block activate nanodevice. Reduced graphene oxides (rGOs) and conductive polymer provide conductivity. In particular, rGOs efficiently incorporate in film via several interactions act barrier. Depending types applied electronic stimuli (reductive oxidative potentials), released electrode quantitatively From this report, new system successfully demonstrated demand. By applying more advanced form DNA-based nanodevices into multilayer system, will expand availability nanotechnology allowing its improved application areas such diagnosis, biosensing, bioimaging, drug delivery.
