摘要: The solubility in a variety of organic solvents was examined for 75 kinds protected tri- to heptapeptide fragments E. coli ribosomal protein L7/L12. were classified into six groups mainly by considering their solvating potential and supplementarily using acceptor number (AN) donor (DN). result the classification practically explained DN AN solvents, indicating that electron-donating or -accepting ability is much more important solvation peptides than form van der Waals interactions.
