摘要: Heart dysfunction that occurred after using cytostatic drugs and monoclonal antibodies may be a limit factor in the treatment of multiple myeloma. Side effects chemotherapy include hypotension, hypertension, arrhythmias, conduction disturbances, pericarditis, thromboembolic events, heart failure, death. The risk cardiotoxicity increased by some factors drug exposure, age, history diseases, arterial combination, previous radiotherapy or chemotherapy. It’s important to detect cardiovascular toxicity before appearance clinical signs vessel disturbance. The role markers elicitation groups events is uncertain yet.Early diagnostics definition prognostic appeared polychemotherapy oncohematological diseases are not solve problems. multiple myeloma, chemotherapy, diagnostics, factors.
