摘要: Background: Sudden cardiac arrest is a major public health concern. Ventricular arrhythmias are the most common cause of sudden arrest. The wearable cardioverter defibrillator (WCD) an alternative approach for prevention death. Objective: To collect data on patient compliance and satisfaction with WCD. Also to practitioners' concerns Methods: A survey 78 patients concerning their comfort level WCD, 100 practitioners about prescription WCD was given. Data collected descriptive statistics were analyzed. Results: Six responded along 14 patients. Total response rate 10.85%. Compliance among 93%. Practitioners’ largest concern compliance. Conclusion: Patients low, but there high. Practitioners satisfied concerned
