摘要: Abstract Aqueous solutions containing different molar fractions of Cr(NO 3 ) ·9H 2 O and ZrO(NO ·2H salts were dried at 110°C for 24 h calcinated up to 1100°C. Precise X-ray powder diffraction measurements the obtained samples, covering whole concentration range in system ZrO –Cr , performed. It was found that solubility Cr as well negligible. Except end identified pure m -ZrO other samples contained phases metastable t . The fraction phase total content ( + increased with an increase initial but this relation not linear. observed stabilization could be attributed formation a solid solution. suggested room temperature resulted from very strong surface interaction between chromium oxide zirconia. This prevented diffusion oxygen atmosphere into lattice, which otherwise triggers transition → on cooling.
