摘要: Abstract Influence of vacuumization on the photoluminescence (PL) spectra and photoresponse decay ZnO nanostructures fabricated by different methods was investigated. The visible band ultraviolet (UV) photosensitivity samples grown from a vapor phase associated with intrinsic defects such as doubly charged zinc vacancies, for hydrothermal method – presence oxygen vacancies. experimental results show that would be promising producing low cost effective UV detecting devices.
