摘要: A method for determining whether a patient in need thereof will respond to anti-VEGF antibody based chemotherapy by screening suitable cell or tissue sample isolated from the at least one genomic polymorphism genotype selected (i) IL-8(−251); (ii) VEGF(936); (iii) AM (3′ CA repeats), wherein is suitably treated if corresponding (T/T) (T/T C/T) allele having 14 more 3′ repeats.
