摘要: Poly(p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid) (pABSA) was electrodeposited onto the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE), which then used for preconcentration l-tryptophan (l-Trp) due to electrostatic and π-π interactions between pABSA l-Trp. Polypyrrole (PPy) l-Trp enriched pABSA, templates were removed, resulting in molecularly imprinted PPy/pABSA. To avoid interference from oxidation peak PPy on following electrochemical chiral recognition Trp isomers, overoxidized by cyclic voltammetry (CV). The resultant (OPPy)/pABSA modified GCE exhibits higher affinity toward than d-tryptophan (d-Trp); that is, current is greatly d-Trp at OPPy/pABSA GCE.
