摘要: Abstract In the present work, a new method for determination of Sudan I has been developed based on conducting poly(p-aminobenzene sulphonic acid) (poly(p-ABSA)) film modified electrode. The electrochemical sensor showed strong accumulation ability and excellent electrocatalytic activity I. Electrochemical oxidation signal at poly(p-ABSA) glassy carbon electrode (poly(p-ABSA)/GCE) was significantly increased when compared to that bare GCE. experimental conditions such as amount alcohol, pH buffer solution, time, instrumental parameters square wave anodic stripping voltammetry were optimised Under optimum conditions, linear regression equation ip = 1.868 + 0.1213c (ip: μA, c: μg L−1, R = 0.9981) from 1 500 μg L−1 with detection limit 0.3 μg L−1. Finally, this successfully employed detect in some hot chili ketchup samples.
