摘要: A highly selective molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE) coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) ultraviolet–visible detection was developed for the simultaneous isolation and determination of four Sudan dyes (I, II, III IV) in catsup products. The novel microspheres (MIM) were synthesized by aqueous suspension polymerization using phenylamine naphthol as template, which showed affinity to solution. In order develop a protocol from products, molecular recognition properties MIM SPE sorbent evaluated. Under optimized condition, good linearity obtained 0.01 2.5 μg g−1 (r2 ≥ 0.9990) relative standard deviations less than 3.4%. This proposed MISPE-HPLC procedure eliminated effect template leakage on quantitative analysis could be applied direct complicated food samples.
