摘要: A sensitive and cheap high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with ultraviolet-visible (UV-VIS) was developed for the determination of Sudan dyes (I, II, III, IV) residues in various types eggs. The chromatographic separation achieved on a reverse phase C18 column gradient elution, using mobile 0.1% formic acid acetonitrile/0.1% aqueous solution; detector set at 478 nm I 520 III IV. suspected egg samples were derivatized N,O-bis (trimethylsilyl) trifluoro-acetamide confirmed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) EI. Mass spectra trimethylsilyl derivatives built up EI mode. Recoveries ranged between 79.8 95.7% eggs HPLC-UV, all relative standard deviations less than 5%. Limit detection (LOD), limit quantification (LOQ) range 4.0-4.8 12.3-13.8 microg kg(-1) eggs, respectively. Identification confirmation could be validated 2.0-4.2 GC-MS method. This method is suitable routine fast monitoring, screening as mandated regulatory agencies.
