摘要: Abstract A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was synthesized and evaluated to selectively extract dimethomorph from ginseng samples. Dimethomorph polymers with template monomer molar ratios were contrived developed via precipitation polymerization employing methacrylic acid as functional monomer, ethylene dimethacrylate cross-linker butanone:N-heptane (7:3, v:v)as porogen. The LOD (limit of detection) this method 0.002 mg kg−1, the LOQ quantification) 0.005 mg kg−1. different spiked level 0.1 mg kg−1, 1.0 mg kg−1, 5.0 mg kg−1, average recovery dimethomrph 89.2–91.6%. Under optimized condition, good linearity obtained 0.01 5 mg kg−1 (r2 ≥ 0.9997) relative standard deviations less than 3.20%. This proposed MISPE-GC procedure eliminated effect leakage on quantitative analysis could be applied direct determination in
