摘要: Abstract Two sample preparation methods, dual solvent-stir bars microextraction (DSSBME) and U-shaped hollow fiber–liquid phase (U-shaped HF–LPME), are proposed critically compared for high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)–ultraviolet (UV)/mass spectrometry (MS) analysis of Sudan dyes in this paper. In DSSBME, the organic solvent was confined to a pair fiber membrane fixed on stir bar, which can by itself, while HF–LPME two microsyringes. The significant factors affecting both techniques have been examined no obvious difference effect extraction solvent, pH salt concentration efficiency observed except time stirring speed. Both were similar terms analytical performance from aqueous solutions (LODs ranged 0.09 0.95 μg L−1 HPLC–UV 2.5–6.2 μg L−1 HPLC–MS; absolute LODs 0.9 11.25 pg 5–21.2 pg HPLC–MS), however, DSSBME more stable (lower speed required), less consuming much shorter required reach equilibrium; easier operate special device required. combined with HPLC–UV/MS successfully applied real samples including strawberry sauce, capsicum oil, salted egg, kinds chilli sauce. Although lower than that HPLC–MS factor 10 work, comparable. cannot identify suspicious peaks at same retention as II III give exact information I–IV is reliable. sensitivity enough analysis.
