摘要: Abstract In this research, a novel strategy was developed to prepare molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) coated solid-phase microextraction fibers on large scale with Sudan I as template and stainless steel substrate. More than 20 could be obtained in one glass tube, the efficiency coating repeatability were enhanced remarkably contrast yield of only fiber our previous works. The MIP-coated characterized by homogeneous highly cross-linked coating, good chemical thermal stabilities, high extraction capacities, specific selectivities I–IV dyes.
