摘要: A novel, simple, fast, and miniaturized method, termed in-line micro-matrix solid-phase dispersion (in-line MMSPD), coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed for the simultaneous extraction determination of Sudan dyes (i.e. I-IV, orange G, black B, red G) aid an experimental design strategy. In this a matrix (MSPD) column including suitable mixture polar sorbents inserted in mobile phase pathway, while interfering compounds were retained, analytes eluted entered into analytical column. way, extraction, elution, separation performed sequentially. Under optimal conditions (including amount sample, 0.0426g; dispersant phase, 0.0216g florisil, 0.0227g silica, 0.0141g alumina; blending time, 112s), limits detection (LODs), quantification, linear dynamic ranges, recoveries obtained to be 0.3-15.3μgkg(-1), 1-50μgkg(-1), 50-28,000μgkg(-1), 94.5-99.1%, respectively. The results showed that selected food samples using enough sensitive simple analytically validated method like MMSPD may offer screening which could useful analysis adulteration.
