摘要: In a zinc oxide film having plurality of texture constituents comprised hills each structure wherein first surface borders on second along one curved line, in which surfaces the have an average angle inclination size within range from 30 degrees or more to 60 less and 10 35 account for at least half constituents. This enables improvement characteristics durability films used as optical confinement layers photovoltaic devices, also formation thereof low cost.
