摘要: In this report, we describe a technique that could potentially be used for both prevention and treatment of spinal cord ischemia (SCI) in endovascular repair thoracoabdominal aneurysms. This involves using specially designed endograft with side branches (paraplegia [PPBs]), which are left patent to perfuse the aneurysmal sac any associated lumbar or intercostal arteries early postoperative period. The use PPBs is feasible allows temporary controlled endoleak may useful preventing reversing injury. considered as an adjunct more standard perioperative physiological manipulations such permissive hypertension fluid drainage.
