摘要: Summary It is thought that many people with nickel dermatitis use nail varnish as a barrier coat on nickel-containing metals; however, allergy at sites in contact such coated has only been documented once previously, to our knowledge. The aim of this study was search for possible link between and metal allergy. In total, 1607 consecutively patch-tested patients were enrolled; 16 (1%) these had allergy, located mainly the eyelids. Eight also Six eight successfully used protective metals until subsequent development ‘failure protection’ even before eyelid eczema developed. Sites might be hidden initial localization ‘Failure after successful period despite renewing coatings should raise suspicion sensitization itself. Future studies focus incidence allergic primary from against dermatitis.
