摘要: We study the transport properties in SrVO3/LaVO3 (SVO/LVO) superlattices deposited on SrTiO3 (STO) substrates. show that electronic conduction occurs metallic LVO layers with a galvanomagnetism typical of 2D Fermi surface. In addition, Kondo-like component appears both thermal variation resistivity and magnetoresistance. Surprisingly, this system where STO interface does not contribute to measured conduction, Kondo correction is strongly anisotropic. growth temperature allows direct control contribution. Finally, key role vanadium mixed valency stabilized by oxygen vacancies enlightened.
