摘要: Colostrum and milk are natural vehicles for acquiring passive immunity valuable tools decreasing neonatant mortality from diarrheal disease. The effects of recombinant human protein C (rhPC) expression levels on endogenous immunoglobulin transferrin content the different lineages transgenic pigs were studied. rhPC in ranged 40 to 1200 μg/ml. Transgenic with less than 500 μg/ml had no significant differences composition respect nontransgenic pigs. A line having 960–1200 two- three-fold higher IgG, IgM, secretory IgA concentrations compared other pig groups (P < 0.05), four- five-fold 0.05). Changes not associated mastitis or pathologic disruption epithelial cell junctions as indicated by normal casein albumin milk. Since IgA, transported into transcytosis, these proteins indicate that transcyctosis mammary was likely upregulated high levels. This study is first shows a statistically example tissue specific heterologous can enhance phenotypic characteristics
