摘要: To overview recent understanding of the relationship between blood coagulation cascade and chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU). The severities CSU increase markers, effectiveness anti-coagulants, such as warfarin, suggest a causative role in pathogenesis CSU. However, mechanisms initiation coagulation, link wheal formation urticaria, remained unclear. In vessels, vascular endothelial cells eosinophils may express tissue factor (TF), which triggers activation extrinsic cascade. We recently revealed that histamine TLR agonists synergistically induce TF expression by produce active forms factors, Xa IIa, plasma extravasation. exposure skin mast to exuded then degranulation via various receptors, releasing massive amount histamine, resulting observed Further elucidation mechanism pathway cell activated factors be target for development new more effective treatments
