摘要: The porous nanosized poly-crystal LiNbO3 film on the fused SiO2 substrate was prepared by using r.f. sputtering method. microstructure and third-order optical nonlinearity of were investigated. size micro-crystal grains in range 110–160 nm, average pore 80 nm. magnitude ultrafast response χ (3) sputtered thin at 830 nm wavelength estimated to be as large 1.9 × 10 −8 esu, which is 4 orders larger than that single crystal.
