摘要: We reviewed our experience with video-assisted thoracic surgeyr (VATS) in most recent 80 patients for the purpose of cost analysis. The costs incurred undergoing a VATS wedge resection nodules (n=30) and lobectomy lung cancer (n=10) were compared similar (n=20) using open techniques. disposable instrument US $1071 higher resection; however, operative time was shorter (0.99h versus 1.75h procedure). length hospital stay also after (10.4 days 16.8 procedure), thus resulting lower total charge group. $3190 lobectomy, longer (5.56 h 4.25 both groups (25.2 27.7 removing peripheral is competitive that techniques, but than an lobectomy.
