摘要: Background. Cost containment is a reality in thoracic surgery. Patient care pathways have proved effective cardiac surgery to reduce length of stay and control costs. Methods. A multidisciplinary team formulated pulmonary lobectomy patient pathway standardize care, costs, maintain quality.
