摘要: Raman scattering spectra of epitaxial lead selenide films were measured at low (0.06 mW/μm2) excitation power densities to ensure the absence photo- and thermal modifications film material. It is shown that observed transitions correspond overtones or combinational tones PbSe phonon modes implying a high quality crystalline structure material for which first order effect prohibited. An increase in incident density leads appearance related oxides, masks characteristic spectral features selenide.
