摘要: Hydro-meteorological hazards annually lead to considerable economic losses worldwide. Property level flood risk adaptation (PLFRA) measures have shown decrease potential damages by floods and other hazards. However, such are often implemented inadequately, frequently because of lacking communication between public administration homeowners. Thus, systems been created multiple actors, ranging from the government private companies insurance groups, which goal communicate risks homeowners businesses in a tailored manner. Consequently, adaptive behaviour can be triggered communication. This paper conducted cross-comparison several encompassed an output shape label or guideline, based on semi-structured interviews with relevant experts. One system, German Hochwasserpass, was focused more detail. The results show that should include participatory approaches experts trigger behaviour. even example including mutual knowledge transfer gap about mitigation actually implementing them present. this implies going step beyond, ultimately questions resource efficiency larger scale.
