摘要: A total of 50 Staphylococcus intermedius strains isolated in France from canine pyodermas 2002 were investigated for their susceptibility to various antimicrobial drugs. Antimicrobial was assessed using a 2-fold serial dilution method Mueller-Hinton agar, and the minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) determined. About 62% tested producers beta-lactamase categorized as penicillin-resistant. 26% demonstrated resistance sulphonamides, 46% oxytetracycline, 30% chloramphenicol, 28% streptomycin, kanamycin, neomycin or erythromycin, 22% clindamycin, 6% doxycycline, 2% gentamicin, enrofloxacin, marbofloxacin pradofloxacin. Acquired not observed clavulanic acid-amoxicillin combination, oxacillin, cephalosporins (cephalexin, ceftiofur cefquinome), trimethoprim, sulphamethoxazole-trimethoprim combination florfenicol. 42% simultaneously resistant three more classes (multiresistance). All isolates with acquired erythromycin also streptomycin neomycin/kanamycin. exhibited cross-resistance between clindamycin all clindamycin-resistant erythromycin. Resistance penicillin, oxytetracycline chloramphenicol positively associated streptomycin.
