摘要: Abstract In this study, poly(n-vinyl 2-pyrrolidone/itaconic acid) hydrogels have been synthesized by γ-rays in different compositions and their biocompatibility investigated as vivo some biochemical parameters of mice serum histology tissues examined. By these purposes, (P(VP/IA)) were implanted to hypersensitive (BALB/c). One a half months after implantation, hydrogel animals sacrificed ether anesthesia the area contacted with tissue was light microscope for histopathological identification tissue. Then total immunoglobulin E (IgE) level determined ELISA. Differential white cell count also made better understanding reaction between These can be directly used biomedical materials.
