摘要: This in vitro study evaluated the need for verticalcompaction and sealer when using an injection-molded thermoplasticized gutta-percha technique straight canals. Seventy-two extracted maxillary anteriors were treated, placed into a fluorescent dye 24 h, cross-sectioned at 1, 3, 5, 7 mm. After recording presence or absence of each level, significant difference was found between groups with those without sealer, group having least amount leakage.
