摘要: Primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) is a multifactorial disease characterized by progressive retinal ganglion cell death and visual field loss. It known that alterations in intraocular pressure (IOP), blood (BP), ocular perfusion (OPP) can play significant role the pathogenesis of disease. Impaired autoregulatory capacity vessels may render tissues vulnerable to OPP changes potentially harmful tissue ischemia-reperfusion damage. Vascular risk factors should be considered more important subgroup patients with POAG, especially normal tension (NTG) evidence unphysiological BP response. For example, reduction during nighttime has an influence on OPP, increased circadian fluctuation, which might stand for unstable flow, been found consistent factor NTG development progression. Central affected severely than peripheral higher 24-hour fluctuation OPP. This review will discuss current understanding allegedly major systemic hemodynamic including hypertension, arterial stiffness, antihypertensive medication, exaggerated nocturnal hypotension, autonomic dysregulation.
