摘要: There are many medical applications which benefit from the use of soluble biomaterials, including sustained release drugs over a precise period time, or temporary conduits for controlling nerve regrowth. We have manufactured series phosphate-based controlled glasses (CRGs) in solubility could be by varying concentration CaO and Na2O. Fibres CRG containing iron cerium were placed into direct contact with human neutrophils macrophages tissue culture 2.5 24 h respectively responses analysed scanning electron microscopy (SEM) confocal microscopy. The supernatants cytokine IL-1beta enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Disks various compositions whole blood 30 min platelet adhesion assessed SEM. Activation platelets, granulocytes complement quantified ELISA beta-thromboglobulin, elastase iC3b. Intrinsic coagulation activation was measured timing clotting recalcified plasma. Only fibre inhibited macrophages. No observed to any disk composition. Three MgO plasma showed an insignificant level activation. This study has demonstrated development number CRG, great potential wide variety biomedical applications.
