摘要: The prevalence of obesity for children and adolescents in Germany has increased during the past 20 years. Because success rate therapy is low, prevention seems to be only solution. Prevention should begin early life. School an ideal setting implementation strategies. aim this review was compare results school-based programs identify effective methods. A systematic literature search studies published between 1990 2009 conducted. total 22 were considered inclusion. Combined interventions including nutrition, physical activity, television viewing modification are effective. intervention last at least one year. Installation water fountains schools, topics "sugar-containing drinks" "television viewing" curriculum, existing education more activity school day
