摘要: The organ-on-a-chip (OOC) technology has been utilized in a lot of biomedical fields such as fundamental physiological and pharmacological researches. Various materials have introduced OOC can be broadly classified into inorganic, organic, hybrid materials. Although PDMS continues to the preferred material for laboratory research, are constantly evolving progressing, promoted development OOC. This mini review provides summary various type systems, focusing on progress related fabrication technologies within last 5 years. advantages drawbacks these particular applications discussed. In addition, future perspectives challenges also
