Teaching management in engineering schools: a practical approach

摘要: By means of an action-research approach, this paper is account a comprehensive academic experience. It was performed and assesed using sample 344 participants, distributed in 12 different groups who were part the bachelor degree program Industrial Engineering at Colombian university.  To end, set pedagogical practices, based mainly on teaching cases supported by ICT tools implemented. This study includes summary each case developed, description their implementation assessment process results. Outcomes indicate that according to student’s perceptions, there clear superiority these initiatives over traditional techniques conventional lectures, even after six months contributes encouraging transfer knowledge into some other contexts order stimulate further development help creation better educational processes for future professionals engineering, as well professions. Resumen Este trabajo documenta una amplia experiencia academica que, mediante un enfoque de investigacion-accion, se completo con muestra participantes, distribuidos en grupos diferentes que formaban parte del programa Ingenieria universidad colombiana. Para ello, se implemento conjunto practicas pedagogicas, basadas principalmente casos ensenanza apoyados por herramientas TIC. estudio incluye un resumen cada caso desarrollado, descripcion su implementacion y proceso evaluacion y resultados. Los resultados indican segun las percepciones los estudiantes, existe clara superioridad de estas iniciativas sobre tecnicas tradicionales clases convencionales, incluso despues de seis meses experiencia. Contribuye fomentar la transferencia este conocimiento otros contextos, el fin estimular desarrollo desarrollar mejores procesos educativos para futuros profesionales ingenieria, asi como otras profesiones. Resumo trabalho uma abrangente meio abordagem pesquisaacao, foi concluida com amostra em faziam do licenciatura Engenharia universidade fim, implementado um praticas pedagogicas, grande base estudos apoiados ferramentas estudo inclui resumo desenvolvido, descricao da sua implementacao e processo avaliacao resultados.
