摘要: The removal of soluble components from an ovine hepatic microsomal preparation decreased the ω-hydroxylation dodecanoic and hexadecanoic acids. results suggest that one or more play a role in fatty possible roles reaction catalase (known to stimulate desaturations acids alkylglycerols) superoxide dismutase were investigated. addition these enzymes complete (but not washed) stimulated both initial subsequent dehydrogenation reactions ω-oxidation pathway. similarity effects stimulation two different steps pathway agents are acting indirectly by removing active oxygen species rather than directly on acid ω-hydroxylation.
